"Platform" : refers to TranzlyWeb, our professional translation management platform operated by TouToulliou, accessible at our domain address, including all web interfaces, APIs, and services.

"User" : refers to any person who accesses and uses the Platform, including free and premium subscribers.

"Content" : refers to all elements composing the Platform (texts, images, videos, sounds, etc.) as well as user-uploaded translation files and data.

"Services" : refers to all translation management features and services offered by the Platform, including PO file management, auto-translation, project organization, and export capabilities.

"PO Files" : refers to translation files in GNU gettext format (.po files) uploaded and managed through our Platform.

2.Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these terms of service. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether using free or premium services.

Important: If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.

3.Use of the Site

3.1 Authorized Use

The Platform is intended for professional translation management, including personal and commercial use. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with these terms.

3.2 Service Tiers

Our Platform offers two service tiers:

  • Free Tier: Basic translation tools with limited file uploads per month
  • Premium Tier: Unlimited uploads, advanced features, and priority support

3.3 Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security
  • Attempt to access computer systems in an unauthorized manner
  • Disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers
  • Violate usage limits or attempt to circumvent service restrictions

4.Refund Policy

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward refund policy: any user who has subscribed to a premium plan within the last 14 days and wishes to request a refund will receive it directly without any questions asked. This policy applies to all premium subscription plans offered on our Platform.

4.1 Refund Process

To request a refund, simply contact our support team through the contact form or email. No justification is required - we process all refund requests within 14 days of subscription automatically.

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Premium access is maintained until the refund is processed

Note: This refund policy only applies to premium subscriptions. Free tier users do not have access to refunds as no payment is required.

5.Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content Ownership

All content present on the Platform (texts, images, videos, logos, software, etc.) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Platform publisher or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5.2 User Content and Data

You retain full ownership of your uploaded PO files and translation data. By using our Platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our translation services.

5.3 Content Use

You may view, download, and export your translation files and data for your personal or commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to translate any content you upload.

6.Liability

6.1 Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform accessible 24/7, but we cannot guarantee absolute availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6.2 Translation Quality

While we provide auto-translation features to assist your work, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of automated translations. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all translations before use.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

The Platform publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform, translation errors, data loss, or the impossibility of accessing the service, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud.

7.Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data and translation files is governed by our privacy policy. By using the Platform, you accept our privacy policy and consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

7.1 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your translation files and personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and you upload files at your own risk.
